We can help you with this, please remember that with this type of work there are costs involved before actually undertaking the work, for example you would probably need structural drawings and calculations for the new steels that would be required when removing supporting internal walls. No steels or” RSJ`s” can be cut or supplied without these drawings and calculations.

The job would also require signing off by the local authority, which also incurs a charge. We can advise and even arrange these services for you. At Bella we have undertaken lots of knock through`s, where would install RSJ`s, but we have also undertaken full refurbs and extension work, with everything in house and project managed, for your peace of mind and convenience.
