This really was a project! Mr And Mrs M really were a lovely clients to deal with. This was a complete overhaul of their existing property in Sutton Poyntz. We had to remove all the downstairs walls along with central chimney breast to make it open planned. After lots of hard graft and steel work, we managed to create a lovely space to work with. We then continued to install a Keller kitchen with quartz worktops and Gorenje appliances, we created a "snug" room and a downstairs w/c and upstairs we made the bathroom slightly bigger and fitted some beautiful his and hers basin and walk in shower.
In addition to this we re-wired the property, installed a new Vaillant combi boiler, plastered the whole house, laid new floors downstairs and decorated throughout. We even built an off road parking area in brick paving, including a drop kerb to the highway and finally we made a set of gates to close this area off to the public. In addition to this, our sister company Poundbury windows supplied new French doors and a new stable door to the kitchen area.
We worked with our clients for months and months prior to actually starting the project, as you can imagine there were plenty of amendments and negotiations to get to the point of actually starting the manual work. This was also made a little trickier as the client lived out of the area and were quite often out of the country with work commitments, however we developed a healthy working relationship and they trusted our judgement and they were absolutely frilled with their re-modelled property.
