We were at this property for three weeks and in this time we installed a new kitchen with tiled flooring and quartz worktops. We also installed a new family bathroom , 2 x en-suites and downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen was plastered and the boiler was turned onto an outside wall , so it could be housed into a tall larder unit. The kitchen was then decorated.
In addition to this we installed Affinity flooring to the lounge and hallway to give a lovely fresh feel as you entered the property. We installed beautiful LED lighting into all bathrooms and in the kitchen, to make what was quite a dark space into a vibrant bright area.
