Having made the big decision to have our kitchen refurbished, we accepted a quotation from Bella Kitchens, we were given a date on which the work would commence, having heard this before from other contractors, and being told later that it couldn’t be met, we were pleased that indeed the date was honoured.
We have quite a large kitchen and we were delighted how quickly and efficiently the work was carried out.The electrician, the plumber, were there at hand when required, everything went very smoothly and we were in possession of a beautiful kitchen (of which we are very proud ), in just three days.After service was great, one or two details needed adjustment, a telephone call to Scott at the office, and they were taken care of “pronto”.

Overall the service and professionalism was extremely satisfying. From the outset the design and interaction with Scott in the showroom provided us with the confidence that the finished product would be to the highest standard. As the project grew a number of compromises were made and these were generally well explained and agreed upon. Bella provided a full project management service and brought together what turned out to be almost a complete internal refurbishment of our house; kitchen, bathroom, structural, stud work, plastering, painting and even an outside driveway! There were a couple of minor hiccups with the after sales experience e.g. one of the appliances; however, these were not due to any fault of Bella Kitchens but we did feel that the issue could have been resolved more proactively. Nevertheless, we are delighted with the finished product and would have no qualms with recommending Bella's services to friends and would use their services again if they would have us!

We wanted one company to oversee and project manage a new kitchen design, conversion of the back of our garage to a utility room, and new tiled floor. Bella kitchens provided a very competitive quote compared to the other companies who quoted, and at a higher specification all round. It wasn't a straightforward job, but Bella overcame all of the challenges they faced as the work progressed. They finished 1 week ahead of schedule and we couldn't fault the team who did the work. The finished kitchen and utility room are beautiful and we would recommend Bella 100%.

Bella kitchens refitted my old kitchen units plus a new sink and two new units . They fitted new underfloor heating and floor tiles. They also put new wall tiles in. They totally transformed my kitchen. They were helpful, friendly and professional and I am thrilled with my 'new' kitchen. I would highly recommend them. The whole job was planned brilliantly and the kitchen fitters were very hard working and efficient.

Darren and his team replaced and completely reconfigured my small, old bathroom in our 1930s house and the result was amazing - it genuinely looks like a hotel bathroom now . I requested a herringbone pattern for the tiling for the "feature" wall and this has come out perfectly - it looks stunning . When they first came round to assess the job they came up with really good ideas to reconfigure the space which were then translated onto a computer generated design for us to see - this really helped as I'm not too good at visualising things. They replaced the bath with a walk in shower, replaced the window and built a whole new wall to hide all the pipework , The result is a stylish, very contemporary but practical room. The Bella Kitchens team were friendly and extremely hardworking - they never seemed to stop - great when you're having workmen in your home for a week !

Bella Kitchens fitted my new kitchen and utility room and knocked down a wall to the dining room from the kitchen. They started early to help me and finished only a little later than I hoped. The work was well done and they often consulted me to make sure I was happy. We had a good relationship and they tried to tailor the work to my needs and finances. I was given time to choose what I wanted and change my mind! I am extremely happy with the result and all my friends admire it. I have used them before and would and have been to them again. All in all, a very satisfactory result.
